Q5 facilitated a successful two-day off-site workshop to help the client define their strategic direction. The sessions provided clarity on the organization’s vision, key priorities, and next steps. Following the workshop, we delivered a comprehensive output deck to guide implementation, supported by a Trello board for task management.
