The Challenge

Following the merger between Mubadala and the International Petroleum Investment Company in June 2016, Mubadala recognised that strong, authentic leadership was crucial to successfully integrating the two organisations. There was a need to build leadership capability, particularly among senior leaders, to foster a cohesive culture and drive performance.
