Following the acquisition of a large consumer audio business, this global leader in hearing solutions was exploring options to support the integration and transition of the new business from a people and culture perspective. As with any acquisition process, there was a need to find synergies in the cultures, leadership and ways of working of the two organisations. While there were 5 overarching values, there was a need to define what it meant to be part of this new business and how to balance the history of the previous company with the scale and maturity of the new one.
