Janine is a senior recruitment specialist with both in house and executive search experience. She leads our Experienced Hire recruitment with the aim of finding talented individuals who are looking to work on outstanding projects and be part of a fantastic team environment.
Janine began her career as a graduate with Marks and Spencer specialising in HR, where she was involved in opening several of the new flagship stores and graduate recruitment & development. She moved her career into a more specialised recruitment role with Linklaters where her focus on professional services resourcing began. She transitioned into recruitment and executive search initially with Frazer Jones and then with leading executive search firm Leathwaite and boutique firm eg.1 where she specialised in senior Human Capital search assignments across professional services and financial services.
Janine has a BA Hons degree in Business Administration Management & HR. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and has two daughters who keep her very busy but in what spare time she has she can be found walking on the beach with Jake, the family dog or out running.
