Freddie partners with business leaders to lead fast-paced transformation programs that deliver measurable results. By putting people at the heart of these changes, Freddie helps organisations improve performance while positively impacting their culture.
Freddie began his career as a secondary school science teacher in inner-city London, where he experienced first-hand the challenges of working in an underperforming organisation undergoing failed turnaround attempts. This sparked Freddie’s passion for organisational change and inspired his move into consulting, where he could have a broader impact by helping leaders transform their workplaces into high-performing, people-centred environments.
Since moving into consulting, Freddie’s experience has spanned a range of sectors and geographies across Europe, Australia, and the Asia Pacific. Most recently, he has worked with organisations in the retail, FMCG, media, and technology sectors.
Freddie’s expertise lies in leading large-scale transformation programmes, organisational design and operating model design, organisational culture, team and leadership development, and strategic change management.
Australia is Freddie’s second post abroad, having also lived in France for two years: first as a student and then as a semi-professional rugby player. He continues to run out for his local rugby team in Bondi, in between visiting nearby beaches and national parks with his wife and young daughter.
