Flora is a proactive and driven consultant with strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills. Working with the client in the forefront of her thinking, she committed to delivering and exceeding outcomes by collaborating and asking the challenging questions which will move thinking forwards and illicit the best possible outcomes for clients.
Developed through her time as a consultant and 3 years working within the educational sector, she is passionate about solving complex problems, and communicating these effectively. She relishes a challenge, and is comfortable with ambiguity, taking an adaptable approach without loosing sights of the client needs and end goal.
Flora has worked on clients in the professional services, technology, and financial sector, on projects ranging from organization restructuring to strategic workforce planning. Alongside client work, Flora is involved with our purpose offering, helping to shape leaders thinking and align organizations fully with a sustainable future.
Flora holds an MA (hons) in Geography from the University of Edinburgh.
