Ralph joined Q5 as a Consultant in 2020 immediately following his internship in the same year. Prior to joining Q5, Ralph completed an MEng in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath, where he spent a year-long placement at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Ralph has experience in strategy, data analytics, process design and programme delivery, and has put these skills to test as part of a team of Q5ers supporting NHS Wales’ Covid-19 vaccine rollout. He has a passion for collaborating with teams tackling complex problems, combining his strong analytical skills with a personable style. Ralph is involved in Q5’s Pop-Up Consulting and ESG initiatives, where he enjoys the opportunity to stretch himself outside of traditional client work.
During his final year at Bath, Ralph was the Project Manager for Team Bath Racing, a team of students who each year design, build and race a single seater race car against other universities from around the world. When not at work, Ralph can be found either in one of London’s many overpriced record shops or on a netball court where he plays in a mixed league every week.
