Phoebe is a Partner at Q5 and focuses on supporting leaders and their teams in government and the private sector to bring their visions to life. Clients appreciate her perspective and pragmatism in organisation design, leadership-team development, cultural change, risk and resilience and programme design and management. She combines strategic insight with acute attention to detail, leading high-stakes transformation programmes with her trademark calm and thoroughness.
Much of Phoebe’s work is international. She started her career in Japan, as a teacher, and subsequently worked in African political research, strategic planning and customer relationship management in the asset and wealth management industry. She has supported clients in the Middle East, Africa and Europe and particularly enjoys the challenge of working with cross-cultural teams. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), holds an MA in modern languages from the University of Oxford and is a qualified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Phoebe lives in North London with her husband and two children. She travels to France whenever she can and would love to be a tap dancer.
