Milly joined Q5 in 2013 and has worked across a range of clients that have taken her from Canary Wharf to the Blue Mountains. Focusing primarily on all things organisation design, she has also gained experience and credibility in cost effectiveness and change.
Known for her calm and personable approach, Milly enjoys partnering with her clients to address challenges, working together to identify and embed a logical and pragmatic solution.
Happiest when outside, Milly is a keen runner, always on the look out for a new athletic challenge. After five years with the Sydney team in Australia, Milly has returned home to the UK bringing with her an intolerance for bad coffee, an inexplicable love for humpback whales and an indifference to driving long distances for a weekend adventure.
