Kyle is an experienced transformation leader with a passion for helping clients build out their strategy, design new operating models and transform the culture and capabilities needed to thrive. He thrives when working collaboratively on complex challenges that require bringing together a range of perspectives to create something new and unique. This passion has taken him to work across different industries including media, retail, public sector and finance and supporting clients in different markets including Australia, Europe and Asia.
Kyle’s background is in organisational psychology, which has equipped him with both a strong analytical approach and an understanding of designing with humans in mind (customers, employees, stakeholders).
When he isn’t at work, Kyle can be found attempting to manage the complexities of three boys and a big, mad German Shepard, all of whom seek to teach him patience and humility (and an acceptance that possessions are fleeting). Whenever he can, Kyle can be found exploring new things from cooking to reading to bush walks.
