Pav joined Q5 as a Senior Consultant in August 2021. Prior to this, Pav worked with clients in organisation design, and to deliver complex transformation and change initiatives across a broad spectrum of industries. Before he moved into consulting he spent the early part of his career at Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on transformation, offshore supplier strategy, and Agile product development.
Pav is comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation, using his personable approach to embed long-lasting, sustainable change.
Pav has a degree in Business Studies and Economics. In his spare time, you can find him either playing football, or travelling up to Old Trafford to watch football. When there’s not a game on, he enjoys making his way around London’s food markets and restaurants.
