Chris is a founding partner of Q5 and has over 25 years of experience helping clients deliver significant organisational change. Throughout his career, he has worked to improve the effectiveness of what organisations do and how they do it; delivering improved operating models, more effective organisation designs, enhanced organisational and individual capabilities and highly engaged work forces.
Starting his career with Accenture, Chris then moved to niche change management and organisation effectiveness consultancies, before starting Q5. He is also the Chair of the Board of the Transformation Alliance.
Previous clients include Barclays, the BBC, the British Heart Foundation, the CAA, Channel 4, C.Hoare & Co, Credit Suisse, the FCA, Finastra, Guardian News & Media, HSBC, Kindred, Lloyds Banking Group, News International, Ministry of Justice and Virgin Media.
Chris has a degree in business economics from Reading University, is the proud father of two fantastic boys and married to a wonderfully understanding and talented wife. He enjoys music (being a member of Q5’s very own in-house band, MotleyQ) and supporting his son’s pursuit of ‘rock stardom’, as well as collecting art from the Barbizon school. Despite being an ardent pacifist, he really does enjoy driving tanks whenever he can!
