Dimitra is an experienced Principal Consultant within Q5’s team. She is solution-focused and driven by creating effective and meaningful change.
She has experience in organisation design, operating models, culture assessments, and change management, and has worked with clients across multiple sectors. She has supported clients with large-scale transformations, helping them shift their operating model in tandem with revolutionary cultural changes. She has extensive experience in implementing and embedding change. Dimitra always seeks to work closely with clients and build strong relationships.
Dimitra is passionate in solving effectively organizational problems, while placing emphasis on the experience of the employees. Dimitra holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour.
