We are thrilled to have kicked off our 2021-22 Youth Panel by welcoming a bright and motivated group of sixth-formers from across the UK to spend the day at our London Office. The Q5 Youth Panel began in 2018 and provides an annual opportunity to introduce a cohort of engaged and enthusiastic young people (16-18 years old) to the workplace and hear their views on a wide range of compelling topics.
The theme of this year’s panel is storytelling: over the course of the year, we will look at how stories can help us make sense of the world around us, understand ourselves, and connect with others – both rationally and emotionally. Our first session explored this through the lens of the future world of work. We captured the Panellists’ views on everything from management styles to technology to workplace flexibility, and look forward to sharing these insights soon.
