Emma is a Recruitment expert with a focus on early years careers, and leads our drive to find the best undergraduates and graduates to join our hugely popular intern programme.
Before joining Q5 in 2012, Emma spent much of her career at Accenture providing HR support and advice, with considerable emphasis on learning and development, employee relations, performance management and reward, and recruiting.
Emma has a degree in International History from the London School of Economics, and is a chartered member of the CIPD.
Emma has three daughters, and spends much of her spare time enjoying classes in the gym, running around Tooting Common, or baking and decorating cakes for friends and family, usually whilst dreaming of being on a beach somewhere very hot!
