Adam Connell joined Q5 in 2019 from a career in human resources, having worked in HR business partnering and policy roles at the London School of Economics, UCL, and Sainsbury’s, where he started his career as a graduate trainee.
At Q5, Adam has worked for clients in both retail and the public sector, across a range of projects focused on organisation design, change management, and global reward.
For much of the past two years, Adam has been a core member of Q5’s team supporting NHS Wales, initially playing a key role in the Programme Management Office at Ysbyty Calon y Ddraig / Dragon’s Heart Hospital at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, and subsequently supporting a wide range of work from Covid-19 vaccinations to leadership development.

Adam said, “I’m delighted to be taking on the challenge of leading our Cardiff team and returning home to Wales with my family. It’s an exciting time for Q5 and I look forward to introducing our new Pop-Up Consulting offer to social enterprises and charities in Wales and the South West later this year.”
