Hugo joined Q5 as a Consultant at the start of 2022 having worked for 2 years as a project engineer designing parachutes and aerial delivery systems. With Q5, Hugo has gained experience working with Healthcare, Technology and Media organisations across Org Design, Leadership Development, Program Transformation and Strategy projects. Hugo is an energetic and inquisitive consultant who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and solving problems with strong analytical skills. His interest in complex systems and an eye for detail means he really gets under the skin of problems and is energised by creating solutions and ideas with clients.
Hugo holds an MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bath where he studied mechanics, aircraft design, product design and cost engineering. Alongside his studies, Hugo captained his hockey team and worked weekends / summers as a Sailing Race Coach and Windsurfing Instructor.
Outside of work, Hugo is a keen cyclist, runner, golfer and skier, and can often be travelling to enjoy various activities, fixing bikes and buying more sports equipment he doesn’t need.
