Rohan Pandya

Rohan joined Q5 as a Consultant in November 2021, after completing the Research Analyst Program. He graduated from the University of Exeter in 2020 where he studied International Relations – his research focussed on Authoritarian incumbency in Africa as well as Neoliberal counterinsurgency efforts in the MENA region. After graduating he embarked on UCL’s Security and Peace Studies MSc where he specialised in International Political Economy and protest movements.

His final thesis investigated the impact of surveillance technology on protest frequency – using a mixed-methods approach. Rohan has previously completed internships in both consulting and legal fields – where he enjoyed using qualitative and quantitively insights to test different hypotheses.

At Q5 he has worked with DWP, the Royal Mint, Home Office, and Kick It Out. Recently, he has been involved in the Home Office’s Refugee Resettlement Program where he helped develop a housing strategy as well as assisted in the project management in his local area. In his spare time, he is a keen cook, runner, and cyclist.
