The COVID-19 pandemic significantly changed the way that the NHS have used digital capabilities. In Therapies within Cardiff & Vale, this increased dependence on electronic systems and virtual treatment highlighted capability gaps – both in terms of individual ability, systems, technology and the organisation’s ability to grow it’s digital maturity.
After conducting an initial, high-level digital maturity review, Q5 were asked to mobilise the digital transformation across the CaV Therapy community. Working with 60+ stakeholders across the 5 Therapy Professions, we designed and launched the Digital Therapies programme.
