Ben brings a breadth of consulting experience, where he has worked across industries, supporting his clients through Transformation. Prior to Q5, Ben spent five years in Accenture’s ‘Talent & Organisation’ practice and before that he spent several years Teaching. He is passionate about helping his clients to navigate transformation, from crafting their strategy to activating and implementing strategic initiatives.
Ben has experience in strategic change and transformation, talent management, leadership development, behaviour and culture change, organisation design, and learning. He has led multiple projects to drive strategic change as part of large-scale transformation programmes Ben is an enthusiastic and empathetic consultant who brings a breadth of strategy and consulting experience across multiple industries, where he has supported his clients through times of change.
Ben approaches work with an open minded and collaborative approach and enjoys developing others whilst ensuring that he is continuously learning.
Ben enjoys being outdoors, cycling and swimming and travelling the world when he can – especially if there is a chance of being in the sea.
