Hugo is a Senior Consultant that joined Q5 in October 2022, having come from a health sector background, most recently working as a Programme Director leading a major paediatric hospital infrastructure programme in Sydney, Australia. He holds a Masters of Health Services Management in Planning (with Distinction) and is an impactful and thoughtful leader who brings to the table a mix of analytical and people skills to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions for clients.
Hugo has a proven track record of leading system level strategic planning and transformational change initiatives, achieving sustainable long-term outcomes in complex environments. He prides himself on his ability to quickly build trusting relationships with all stakeholders and is just as comfortable speaking with workers on the frontline as he is with members of a Board.
Having recently relocated to London from Sydney, when Hugo’s not working, he is usually found exploring the sights and sounds of his new home city or planning a getaway to somewhere in Europe, usually guided by his stomach in search of pasta or some other form of carb-laden deliciousness.
