After working closely with Cardiff and Vale University Health Board supporting the development and implementation of their Rehabilitation Model across therapy services, we were honoured to be included in the national recognition of the programme at the 2023 UK Advancing Healthcare Awards at which the programme was awarded the Welsh Government Award for Value Based Care.
This award recognises on a UK-wide basis the innovation and impact of the programme in helping to deliver care more effectively and efficiently in making the best use of resources to maximise outcomes and builds on the previous success of the programme in winning two awards, including overall winner, at the 2022 Wales Advancing Healthcare Awards.
