Q5 is looking for management level consultants to join our team in New York, NY.

 Q5 is a fast growing management consultancy specializing in organization design and development.  We’re looking for smart, hard-working, and enthusiastic talent with proven experience in management consulting and a passion for solving complex business problems.  Managing Directors at Q5 contribute from day one, taking a leading role in our fast-paced and constantly changing business and are instrumental in helping our team to develop and grow.

 Managing Directors at Q5 are mostly engaged on client programs, working closely with clients’ senior management to design and deliver solutions along with other Q5 colleagues. As part of a small and growing team, you will also contribute extensively to the running and management of the company and be heavily involved in business development, particularly cultivating networks and generating work.

 The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in management consultancy and a strong desire to contribute to the leadership of a dynamic and fast-growing organization. We look for exceptional analytical and relationship building ability, as well as creativity and professionalism, proven adaptability and the capability to work well under pressure. On top of this we expect our Managing Directors to have strong management skills and an established ability to nurture talent within their team.

 Founded in the UK in 2009, and subsequently named ‘best new consultancy’ by the Management Consultancies Association, the US arm opened in April 2013. We’ve been growing fast on both sides of the Atlantic since and opened our third office in Sydney, Australia in September 2015. We work across multiple industries and functions at clients such as Burberry, Barclays, The Wall Street Journal, Credit Suisse, NBCUniversal, Shell, Walgreens and De Beers.
