Kim is an Organisational Psychologist who has worked across a variety of people and talent areas including selection, individual & team development, leadership coaching, culture and learning & development. Throughout Kim’s career, she has been consulting to both external and internal clients, having worked with small, medium and large sized organisations, in the public and private sector. Kim has previously worked in recruitment, professional services, public health and has own and operated her own business for 8 years. Kim prides herself on being able to engage her stakeholders and deliver outcomes that uplift capability and business outcomes. Kim is passionate about making a positive difference to people in their career at the individual, group and organisational level. Given the amount of time individuals spend at work, it is important to find alignment between an individual’s careers and their strengths, capabilities, knowledge and experience.

Kim lives in Sydney with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys playing basketball and going to the gym, reading, hanging out at beach and going out for dinner.
