Emily is a driven, proactive and curious consultant who enjoys exploring the most complex challenges and designing and implementing innovative solutions. Emily joined Q5 in June 2023 as a Senior Consultant with four years of experience in management consulting. She has worked broadly across the Public Sector with clients in local public services, policing, charities, housing and health.
Over the last four years Emily has developed a number of skillsets across organisation-wide transformation. She is well-versed in operating model design having developed new structures for whole organisations and specific departments or teams. Beyond this, Emily has worked extensively across all aspects of transformation: defining strategic vision and ambitions, developing customer journeys, improving process efficiency, detailing the role of technology and data, and articulating how the benefits of transformation will drive outcomes.
