Victoria is an experienced consultant and advisor on business optimisation and operational development. Prior to Q5, Victoria spent two years at another consulting firm working in risk and change PMO, operational development and transformation, and people and change. At the beginning of her career, Victoria spent two years with a Private Equity firm, specialising in luxury retail and consumer goods.
Victoria has experience in operational development and transformation, target operating models, organisational culture and behaviour, and business case development. Victoria has led multiple work streams to drive strategic change and address issues at the core of transformation projects.
Victoria is an empathetic consultant, who places a large emphasis on the culture and people in a organisation. With experience across a wide variety of industries, she has supported clients through periods of transition and uncertainty.
Victoria enjoys spending time with her friends, and is usually found training for a running race.
