Metroline was facing a range of challenges, both operational and strategic, and needed to engage a team in defining the future purpose, vision and strategy for the organisation.
They identified that there was great potential for the organisation and real opportunities to improve the business, along with a new leadership team that combines long service with new perspectives – creating a fantastic spring-board for the business.
They wanted us to use the “OKR” (Objectives and Key Results) framework to unify the organisation around and ensure a ‘silo-mentality’ is avoided.
Q5 conducted a series of 1:1 interviews, cross-departmental focus groups and driver questionnaires to develop a broad and deep understanding of the issues and opportunities currently faced by the organisation.
This insight fed into a series of workshops with the leadership team to develop, test, iterate and review a vision statement and create a comprehensive set of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
