Aesop has been on an incredible growth journey since its humble origins in Melbourne in 1987 and having been acquired by Natura & Co, the brand entered into a new phase of rapid international growth looking quadruple the size of the business over a number of years.
The MD and CPO wanted to understand how this growth would impact Aesop’s Retail, HR, Digital, Creative & Marketing Functions and engaged Q5 to support in designing the shape of these functions for the future.
Q5 supported the MD and the CPO in defining the Retail and Functional structures for multiple parts of the organisation as it moves through its exciting transformation journey.
In a ‘sprint style’ approach our team triangulated between the Aesop teams in New York, Melbourne and the London together with the Global Teams and through working sessions in Korea, New York, Melbourne, London and Milan helped to design the future organisational structures, roles capabilities for these global functions.
