Cloud Solutions was spun-off as an independent business from its parent group and had grown significantly in headcount and revenue over the last few years. As part of this growth, Cloud solutions had developed more products to address opportunities across the patient lifecycle. The business was struggling to cover operational and admin costs and was loss-making on contracts for Service Level Agreements with customers. A lack of strategic pricing approach and model and operational challenges led to inefficiencies. Q5 were tasked with leading a 5-month scan to assess their Organisational Health and identify key pain points and opportunities.
