This GCC integrated energy company operates across the entire value chain, from upstream extraction to the distribution of end-user products. Following a recent restructure, several pain points emerged, hindering the realisation of the new operating model’s benefits. Q5 was engaged to work with the newly established Organisational Excellence (OE) team in a six-week sprint to engage stakeholders, identify opportunities, deliver quick wins, and develop recommendations for longer-term transformative initiatives.
Q5 conducted an organisational health scan to understand the current state, followed by mobilising targeted interventions across key areas. These interventions were designed to quickly address challenges while laying the groundwork for sustainable change.
