The Daymark Foundation are a Canadian run charity aiming to improve mental health, focusing on perinatal support and those with bipolar disorder. The charity is a very small organisation and set up during the pandemic. They informed us that they wanted support with how to grow the team and how best to work virtually.
We held two virtual workshops with Daymark Foundation to review their vision and purpose and look towards their future ambition for the next 3 years. We completed an activity analysis looking at current and future tasks within their operating model to review what was working well and areas of development.
We presented approaches to resourcing which we explored, and developed a future organisation outlook with a structure and activity map. We also explored best practice and useful tools for virtual ways of working.
