Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity with 22 rehoming centres across the UK and Ireland. They approached Pop Up Consulting for support with the roll-out of a new IT system across the organisation.
We provided Dogs Trust with expertise and knowledge on stakeholder and change management techniques to support successful implementation of their new IT system. We took time to understand the organisation’s culture and ways of working, to ensure our support was tailored to their needs. During two virtual, outcome-driven workshops, we helped the Dogs Trust team to develop the principles of their change management approach, tailored for each key stakeholder group.
“Q5 Pop Up have been unbelievably helpful for guiding us through stakeholder and change management processes, leaving us with some really useable information and insights, as well as a toolbox of collateral that will be useful in future projects.”
