Netball Development Trust (NDT) is a UK charity that delivers netball at grass roots level in developing countries, allowing children the freedom to play and have fun. They use netball as a tool to bring communities together, providing critical mental, physical and sexual health training and awareness.
NDT requested our help with their marketing and fundraising, including support with their website and social media, and with defining the narrative to tell their story effectively to engage their stakeholders. They were also interested in our advice about how to most effectively engage and leverage the support of their volunteers.
We reviewed NDT’s current environment and how they had been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. We explored their vision, purpose and how they were differentiated from similar organisations. We reviewed their website and social media platforms, sharing our insights on potential improvements. We also discussed their key stakeholders, and how they could best engage them to help with achieving their goals.
“It was an empowering, reassuring, challenging and super useful two sessions. We have a brilliantly long to do list and are excited to drive the charity forward. Bring it on!”
