The client needed to accelerate its transformation into a provider of net-zero emissions energy products and services. This included redesigning the organisation to line up against the new product and value streams, to enable growth in target sectors and to take out unwanted complexity and cost.
Having previously developed the client’s enterprise organisation design methodology, Q5 was well placed to help two critical areas of the business – the renewables business and trading and supply – to align and respond to the new agenda.
