Pop Up was launched at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 to help charities, not-for-profit organisations and small businesses navigate the impact of the pandemic. We offer 1-2 days of pro-bono consulting support to help address strategic and operational challenges, including strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, leadership development, organisational design and change management.
Since launching Pop Up we have helped over 100 organisations, providing 2,750+ hours of pro bono consulting support.
