As of 2021, Q5 and AIME have entered into a 3-year strategic partnership to support AIME’s transition to a decentralized organisational model. Q5’s relationship with AIME was founded through Pop-Up Consulting, where the Australian team enjoyed collaborating and facilitating their leadership team. As an in-house strategy team, Q5 coaches the AIME team to review progress against the strategic plan as they continue to carry out their mission at a greater and more global scale.
The Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience (AIME) Program provides an innovative mentoring program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to support them through high school and into university. AIME’s mission started with a focus ending indigenous educational inequality in Australia. It has now expanded to ‘Unlocking the imagination of the human race to forge unlikely connections that lead to a different set of outcomes, a different world, a fairer world.
