Working alongside ReGenerate and over 20 companies, we’ve brought together the findings from a survey of 500 hiring managers and interviews with over 30 HR professionals and recruiters. In The Good Jobs Project report, we provide insights into the views held by employers that would help translate awareness of this opportunity into action – from a wider focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion to leveraging the power of younger and marginalised voices and business networks offering more joined up support for their members.
ReGenerate are calling upon the government, investors and business networks to make it easier and more profitable for businesses to recruit from marginalised communities, who would otherwise face many obstacles to finding good jobs.
By endorsing the Good Jobs Project we want to be part of this transformative movement and unlock the untapped potential of marginalised talent, fuel business growth and create a society where everyone has a fair opportunity to thrive.
Discover insights shared by employers who are already championing inclusivity.
