You will be working within the HR/People team and supporting on fit-for-purpose HR processes, policies and practice, and working within the broader team to help foster a high-performing, inclusive environment where difference is embraced, and individuals can flourish.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
To be successful in your application, you will have significant demonstrable experience as a Human Resources Manager, to include experience in the above mentioned areas. You will have a solid understanding of UK Employment Law. An understanding of US ways of working and managing Human Resources from a US perspective would be fantastic, but not required! Ideally you will have experience working within a Professional Services organisation and a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable, but not essential. You will have strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and ideally Microsoft office including SharePoint and Teams.
You will have excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated, possess the ability to work autonomously and have great business writing and communication skills. You will be an independent and proactive worker, a forward thinker / planner and a confident communicator with good interpersonal and influencing skills and a friendly, enthusiastic manner. You will be able to work flexibly under pressure, with a proven track record to deliver against simultaneous objectives and have a strong sense and ability to view issues objectively. You will be able to multitask with multiple complex issues, have high emotional intelligence and excellent critical thinking skills.

This role will initially require more attendance in person at the office whilst you meet the team and build up relationships, but longer term, this is a hybrid role requiring attendance in the office circa 2-3 days per week depending on diary/personal requirements.
