Premium Credit, the no. 1 premium finance company in the UK and Ireland, engaged Q5 to support its preparation for a future sale, sought to drive to improve the financial performance of the business (operating in a more focused way and finding successful areas for growth).

 

Q5 went above and beyond for the client in clearly defining their operating model and structure, a clear implementation plan and capability framework to optimise their sales approach. This allowed them to exceed their 2021/22 targets, as well as their 2023 growth targets.

 

It was a pleasure working with Premium Credit to help optimise their sales function, and we’re delighted with the results they have achieved:

  • Premium Credit were on track to grow in UK insurance by over half a billion pounds in 2022 – the biggest number in their 30+ year history
  • As a result of the work, the sales team reported feeling far more efficient and confident in achieving strong results
  • We developed a bespoke Sales Playbook/Blueprint, providing greater clarity of operation and direction in their day-to-day roles
