We’re delighted to announce Claire Markwardt, Founder and President of MPC Inc. (Markwardt Performance Consulting) is joining Q5 as Managing Partner of the firm’s North American business, on June 1st 2022.
Over the last decade, Claire has built a high-performance consulting practice in Houston across Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Experienced, tenacious and connected … we can’t quite believe our luck that Claire has agreed to join forces with Q5.
Before launching her own firm, Claire spent over 18 years in Accenture’s Human Performance practice in Houston. She shaped Accenture’s Energy Workforce Transformation and Sustainability offering, and as a Partner, led many client engagements across the US and internationally. We are thrilled to welcome Claire and her associates to Q5.
We’d like to take this opportunity to salute Ged Brannan and Rick Dzavik, who have led our American business with wit and warmth in recent years. Ged has recently relocated to our London office – which is great news for our team in the UK. Rick is pursuing new opportunities in tech. We are sad to be saying farewell to Rick after 9 years at the firm, but we wish him the very best of luck as he embarks on his new adventure. Ged and Rick have been fantastic ambassadors for Q5 in the US over many years.
Q5 launched in the US in 2013, opening its first office in New York. The firm works with 120 clients a year and has become the leading authority on ‘organizational health.’
