For the last 2 years, Q5 have offered the opportunity for a collection of students from different universities and disciplines across the UK to become a member of our Futures Panel and it was a great success.
In the Futures Panel, we discuss insights on future trends, the implications they have for organisations and the future of work. Some possible areas we focus on include AI/digital, ESG & sustainability, Business ecosystems, Urbanisation, Talent Management and Generational demand. We run four interactive and participatory full-day workshops in our London office over 12 months.
With our 2022 Futures Panel, we ran a competition to identify future trends in the workplace, where students submitted an essay. We’re proud to announce the winner of the competition was Grace Hind of Oxford University, who is studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Grace wrote an essay on AI and unconscious bias. It’s an excellent read. Well done Grace!
We have attached Grace’s winning essay below for you to take a read for yourself.
