Every year Q5 arranges two company away days where we bring our team together to celebrate the year ahead and the months gone by. This year we thought where better to go than Leeds, where we have one of our UK offices!
We ran a jam-packed event filled with company updates on our Q5 focus of Organisational Health, what is happening with Q5 globally and some staff shoutouts. Everyone got involved with group discussions on diversity and inclusion matters and the future of Q5, as well as this we got involved with some group activities where we were all able to explore the city of Leeds and work as a team and have some fun!
We were also fortunate to be joined by Ann Daniels, the record-breaking polar explorer who was part of the first all women’s team to sledge haul to the North and South Poles.
See below a video from our spring 2022 Away Day in Leeds.
