Q5 is proud to announce that we have been named among the top companies in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ 2024.
The Best Workplaces for Women™ list recognises companies in the UK that ensure a reasonable balance of women and men across the organisation, remove barriers to women’s career advancement, and create workplaces where all employees, regardless of gender, can flourish.
Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to creating a consistently positive employee experience, fostering cultures that drive business, improve lives, and better society. Over the past year, we have introduced numerous new initiatives to solidify our commitment to ensuring our workplace is great for all such as the Women’s Health Network, and internal panel discussions on topics like menopause, returning to work after having a child, fertility, and endometriosis, which are educational for both men and women.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ List, Great Place To Work® analysed the anonymous responses of females in the workplace, considering their daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company’s employee value proposition against the culture our employee’s actual experience. Only the businesses that achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that our team highly commends our supportive culture and commitment to gender equality. This award is our fourth recognition from Great Place To Work over the past 12 months, as we also featured in the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2024 and UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ 2024 lists!
We’re so proud of this achievement and look forward to using the valuable insights Great Place To Work has provided us with to continually build on our culture and employee satisfaction.
