Q5 named in the UK’s Best Workplaces list 2024

We are delighted to announce that Q5 have been ranked #35 in the UK’s Best Workplaces List 2024 by Great Place to Work (medium-sized category).

Our ranking was announced at the prestigious UK’s Best Workplaces Awards at Grosvenor House, London on 14th March, which are considered the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards. At Q5, we are motivated by our shared purpose: building healthy organisations to propel people, economies and society forwards. We are proud to be acknowledged for our workplace culture built on trust, inclusion, and supported by innovative people management practices. 

The list compiles employee survey feedback on factors such as company values, employee experiences and leadership effectiveness across departments and seniority levels. From our anonymous employee feedback, our team highly commends our safe and welcoming environment, collaborative culture, and high level of responsibility and trust given to all employees.
