This year, Q5 partnered with Premium Credit, the no. 1 premium finance company in the UK and Ireland. Q5 were asked to support its preparation for a future sale, sought to drive to improve the financial performance of the business (operating in a more focused way and finding successful areas for growth). On September 21st, Premium Credit Ltd were awarded as winner of the CIPD awards!

Ending the week on a positive note, we’re delighted that our organisation design work with our clients Premium Credit Ltd has won the CIPD award for the “Best Organisational Development or Design Initiative 2023.”!
Teaming up with Q5 consultants, Premium Credit Ltd embarked on a one-of-a-kind organisational design project earlier this year. Q5 went above and beyond for the client in clearly defining their operating model and structure, a clear implementation plan and capability framework to optimise their sales approach. This allowed them to exceed their 2021/22 targets, as well as their 2023 growth targets.
It was a pleasure working with Premium Credit to help optimise their sales function, and we’re delighted with the results they have achieved:
