Every year, Q5 arranges two company away days where we bring our team together to celebrate our achievements and gear up for the year ahead.
The jam-packed event kicked off with a warm welcome and company updates, highlighting our recent strides in organisational health and offering insights into Q5’s global progress. This year’s away day centred on aligning our focus and refreshing objectives, with organisational health at the forefront.
In dedicated sessions, we explored strategies to enhance organisational health and create an environment where all employees can thrive. Vibrant group discussions and activites sparked fresh ideas on how we can support our clients.
We also enjoyed an evening of celebrations, where we reflected on our learnings and congratulated individual and team achievements. Recognising colleagues who have gone above and beyond in their roles, we applauded the invaluable contributions of each team member. We also shone a light on Q5’s 15th year anniversary and 5th year anniversary of the Q5 Leeds office and the success of both.
