Adam is an experienced consultant and advisor on business transformation to organisations across industry. He brings a combination of strategic thinking and operational logic to his clients, helping them to solve a broad range of complex challenges, predominantly through operating model transformation, organization design, and by developing new strategies and implementation plans.
As a Principal Consultant, Adam leads projects across geographies to help organisations become more effective and realise the benefits of what it means to be a truly healthy organisation. He is a confident and effective communicator, with extensive experience working at senior levels within an organisation, both in the UK and abroad.
Prior to joining Q5, Adam worked at Deloitte Consulting, where he delivered high-profile programmes across the UK and internationally, including with both Central and Local Government, Security and Justice, and Health and Social Care organisations.
Adam holds a First-Class Honours Degree in International Business Management, and has previously worked for large consultancy organisations including Deloitte, IBM and DXC.Technology (formerly CSC).
Outside of work, Adam is a devoted sports fan (Swansea City and the Welsh Rugby Team), an avid reader, and an ever-improving cook.
