Alice is a Principal Consultant at Q5 who enjoys getting under the skin of organisations of all shapes and sizes and delivering change that has a lasting, positive impact. Alice has experience advising a broad range of organisations including private equity portfolio companies, internal Capita businesses, large corporates, local and central government as well as start-up and scale up businesses. She brings strong stakeholder management skills and a broad understanding of different business models and how to drive strategic change.
Prior to Q5 Alice spent five years at Capita Plc, advising Capita’s customers on how to become more customer-centric, digital business. She also spent time advising internal Capita businesses on their go to market approach, proposition development and overall strategy. Later, she moved to the corporate venturing arm of the business where she was responsible for finding and scaling innovative digital businesses and building the right capability to help them scale rapidly.
To continue her passion for learning about business models and change, Alice completed a digital MBA course through ThePowerMBA, which applies the traditional curriculum of an MBA to disruptive businesses leading their markets today. She holds a BA(Hons) in History from Warwick University.
