Andy is a partner who joined Q5 as one of our first employees. Since then, he has been a hugely important contributor to the firm, both in terms of building our practice in London, and being one of the “founding fathers” of our business in the US, setting up and leading our office in New York before returning to the UK.
He has experience across a number of industries in both the private and public sectors. He is an organisation design expert who specialises in leading teams through restructuring and change programmes. Recent projects include cost-saving initiatives, value-chain redesign, employee engagement and operating-model redesign to align people and processes to new strategies.
Before joining Q5, Andy worked in Accenture’s financial services division and later, he joined the Civil Service Fast Stream graduate programme, where he led a number of projects covering violent crime policy, immigration, counter terrorism and policing.
Andy used to keep active by playing squash, football and cycling, but increasingly finds himself watching sports more than participating in them. In 2015 Andy took part in the BBC documentary ‘Racing the Sahara’ [Racing the Sahara Episode 1] about the 6-day footrace across the Sahara Desert.
