Anna joined Q5 as Principal Consultant in 2023, based in the Leeds office. Prior to joining Q5 Anna was Head of Operations in one of Europe’s leading Private Equity software investors where she led a range of strategy and organisation design initiatives for portfolio businesses, specialising in M&A and Integration.
Before moving into the world of private equity, Anna spent 7 years at Capita, working across a number of transformation projects in the public and private sector and supporting Capita to integrate acquisitions made in the German-speaking market. Anna was also part of the founding team of Capita’s corporate venture unit, Capita Scaling Partner and oversaw equity partnerships with multiple early stage B2B businesses. During this time Anna took a year out to try her hand as an operator, working as Head of Operations for a technology start-up in Spain which is where she discovered her passion for organisation design and development.
Anna has a first class degree from the University of Cambridge in German and Italian and has additional qualifications in Leadership & Management and Change Management. Outside of work you’ll find her out walking in the Yorkshire Dales or knocking up a new outfit on her sewing machine.
